Dacono Gateway Centre

The Dacono Gateway Centre is a 132-acre mixed-use retail property situated at the "gateway" to the City of Dacono, Colorado. Comprising the entire southeast quadrant of Interstate 25 and State Road 52 interchange, this project commands extensive frontage on both the Interstate and the 'going home' side of Highway 52. The location of Interstate 25 and Highway 52 is halfway between Downtown Denver and the northern Colorado communities of Ft. Collins, Greeley and Loveland, making Dacono Gateway Centre a logical location for all regional retailers. The City of Dacono was actively working with to entice major retailers. As an incentive, the city had agreed to issue a tax rebate in the amount of 5/6 of the 3% City sales tax through the year 2010.

Dacono was well positioned to take advantage of the growth along the I-25 corridor. With the recent completion of the E-470 (NW Expressway); the eastern portion of the Metro Denver beltway which runs from I-70 west of Denver to I-25 south of the Denver Tech Center and then east and north to reconnect with I-25 just 7 miles south of Dacono. The E-470 connection puts Dacono Gateway Centre 30 minutes from the Denver International Airport. Additionally the 120th Avenue Broomfield Business Corridor is located seven-minutes to the south and downtown Denver less than 25 minutes.
