Port Wentworth Station

Port Wentworth Station is located just 11 miles from downtown Savannah, is a 103+/- acre commercial property. The site plan, which was approved by the Port Wentworth Mayor and City Council, is configured with 768,600 square feet of retail/commercial uses as follows: 585,000 square feet of big box users, 6,000 square feet of casual dining, 11,100 square feet of fast food dining, 18,500 square feet of retail, 90,000 square feet of hotel, 24,000 square feet of office space and 24,000 square feet of self-storage. This mix of uses fulfills a demand for product currently not available in the area. The property has approximately 2,312 lineal feet of frontage on State Road 21 with an average daily traffic count of 28,000 cars per day. State Road 21 is the major corridor to Savannah. Additionally, the property has approximately 1,869 lineal feet of frontage on State Road 95 with an average daily traffic count of 68,000 vehicles per day. I-95 is a major interstate highway which runs from Maine to Miami.
